One grade: Strings are still slender, curly into a spiral, tender cool fragrance, fresh mellow taste, green and bright soup color, tender leaves, the color is green and bright,is fried with a bud and a leaf. It is said “A tender (bud leaves) three fresh” (color, smell, taste).
Two grade: curly as snail, white cents exposed, the color is silver green, young leaves buds, the tea slowly stretch, up and down fly after brewed, tea is green citrine, fragrant, tastes sweet with fresh fluid.
