Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong (Lapsang Souchong, 正山小种, zhèng shān xiǎo zhǒng), is a black tea. The first production area is Paulownia area in Chong'an County in Fujian Province (1989 Chong'an withdrawal County set up the city, changed its name to Wuyishan City). It is the earliest black tea in the world, also known as the originator of black tea. It has a history of more than 400 years. First, see the appearance: finished tea is tight and smooth, with iron color brown, more oil, with natural flowers, incense is not strong, fine and implicit.
